Bangladesh Tigers pace bowling coach Tareq Aziz Khan said on Thursday that he feels India will be better prepared than Pakistan as far handling Tigers’ bowling unit is concerned considering they will be well aware about the strength of Nahid and co.

Nahid Rana and Hasan Mahmud played a big role behind earning Bangladesh’s maiden Test series win over Pakistan.

Tigers will start their training camp from 8 September for the two Tests and three T20Is against India that will begin with the two-match Test series, scheduled to start in Chennai from 19 September.

“If you notice one thing that the confidence that we have got and when we will go to cash in on that confidence, then we have to move forward having a specific plan. So, we are now working with whomever we have, the main bowlers will join from 8 September. We are now working keeping in mind the batting line that India has. We know that they are really skillful, if you want to beat any team in international cricket, you will need skill, and the execution of that skill is really important,” Tareq told reporters on Thursday.

“And in that place, if you look at the supporting role that is there to do the computer performance analysis, from him we are collecting the data and information and according to that we are making the plan. And the main players have not come yet, if you see right now, Ebadot is still in ongoing process, and Ripon Mondol and Abu Hider Rony have been added with the A team so from that place, where we are working is that, how we can stop which player in the T20 format, and how we can get them out and how we can dominate them. So from the place of planning, we sat with the performance analyst and told him to find me out the weaknesses about these players (Indian cricketers) that they have in world cricket and we have pointed those out,” he said.

“And I hope after 8 September when we get all the bowlers, we will definitely use red and white ball and make them learn as much as we can for both the formats,” he added.

“Video footage will be reviewed, as nothing is hidden in the international arena. Shakib Al Hasan, who has been playing for 20 years, is well-known for his abilities and everyone know which deliveries he can bowl. By making informed decisions at crucial moments, one can take wickets. As they (India) are gathering information about Nahid Rana, we are also collecting their data. We know how to how to stop whom. Specific work will be done in these sectors. Many skilled cricketers may be waiting for us in their home ground. And for that we want our players to go prepared mentally, physically, and skill-wise,” he concluded.
