Tanjim Saiara Totini, the popular small-screen actress, has swiftly earned fame in her short career. Beyond television dramas, she is also making her mark in OTT projects. Her recent web film, “Tomar Jonno Mon”, directed by Shihab Shaheen, has garnered a strong response from audiences.

Totini credits the film’s success entirely to the director, calling the opportunity to work with Shihab Shaheen a significant milestone in her career.

Unlike many actresses in the industry, Totini has maintained a relatively controversy-free profile. While some celebrities prefer to operate within exclusive social circles, she takes a different approach.

Asked about her friends in the entertainment industry, Totini said, “I don’t have any friends in the industry. I share a good relationship with Yash (Rohan), but friendship as such doesn’t really exist here. I’m a very private person. It’s not that I don’t enjoy interacting, but I prefer to keep my conversations in the industry limited.”

Addressing rumours of a romantic connection with Yash, she added, “If you haven’t done anything, there’s nothing to fear. At first, we were a little worried about backfire or whether it might harm our personal image. But later, we thought if people enjoy speculating, that’s fine.”

She further clarified, “People liking us together is a blessing for us. You know it, I know it—it won’t turn into a real romance. The way love is shown in dramas and films is different from reality. Both Yash and I know this. We don’t dwell on it.”
