Shruti Haasan has walked out of Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit for multiple reasons. Mrunal Thakur replaced Shruti in the film, directed by Shaneil Deo.

Actor Shruti Haasan, who is presently shooting for Rajinikanth’s Coolie, opted out of Adivi Sesh’s upcoming film, Dacoit, after shooting a teaser for the film. On December 17, the makers welcomed Mrunal Thakur onboard and released a special poster and teaser. Soon after the latest announcement, fans were curious to know why Shruti Haasan walked out of the film. The latest poster featuring Sesh and Mrunal went viral and piqued everyone’s curiosity.

According to reports, Shruti Haasan walked out of the film due to creative differences. Reportedly, she faced inconveniences on set, which prompted her to take this decision. Also, a few reports suggest that Shruti Haasan exited Dacoit due to date clashes.

Shruti Haasan is presently shooting for director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie, starring Superstar Rajinikanth. Hence, she couldn’t allot dates for Dacoit, as per sources.

After Coolie, Shruti Haasan will begin shooting for Prabhas’s upcoming film, Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryanga Parvam. Meanwhile, the actor was also part of a film titled Chennai Story, which is currently not in production.

Director Shaneil Deo’s Dacoit: A Love Story is an action drama featuring Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur. It is being reported that the two leads play estranged lovers who commit a series of robberies that changes their lives.

The screenplay is written by Adivi Sesh, Shaneil Deo and Abburi Ravi. Dacoit: A Love Story is being simultaneously made in Telugu and Hindi. Jointly produced by SS Creations and Suniel Narang Productions, the film has cinematography by Danush Bhaskar, editing by Kodati Pavan Kalyan and music by Bheems Ceciroleo.
