Police in a raid arrested a youth from Bagbati area in Sirajganj Sadar upazila along with 101 pieces of Yaba pills early of Monday.

The arrested is Rakibul Islam, 21, son of Ferdaus Hassan of Chhatiani village in Dhunot upazila of Bogura district.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of Sadar thana police led by SI Hridoy conducted the raid near Bagbati College and arrested him along with the mentioned number of drugs.

A case was lodged with the respective police station in this connection.
