An unidentified young man was killed and two others were injured in a road accident in Chattogram’s Banshkhali on Wednesday afternoon.

The accident happened around 2 pm in Banigram Bainya Dighir Par area under the upazila.

Ramdash Munsirhat Police Investigation Center In-charge Nurul Haque Hawladar said the person died when an unidentified vehicle collided with a CNG powered auto-rickshaw.

The injured were rescued and sent to hospital for treatment.

Police are trying to find out the identity of the dead, the police officer said.
