18th NTRCA exam date announced

The 18th Non-Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) examination will be held on March 15. The examination will be held in two shifts in one day. School-II and school-level exams will be held in the morning and college-level exams in the afternoon.

This information was informed in a notification signed by Abdur Rahman, NTRCA’s Director of Examination Evaluation and Certification, on Wednesday.

According to the notification, school-2 and school-level exams will be held on March 15 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. After that, the college-level examination will be held from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

The 18th NTRCA exam notification was published on November 4. A total of, 18, 65,000 candidates applied. The final selection of candidates will be done through three stages (preliminary, written, and oral) examination.

According to the NTRCA notification, the candidates will have to take part in the multiple choice (MCQ) exam for 100 marks in the preliminary test. The exam will be held on Bengali, English, Mathematics, and General knowledge. The pass number is 40. Each question will be worth 1 mark, for each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.

In the written examination, the candidates have to take the test on their respective subjects. Registered candidates will get job opportunities as teachers in various educational institutions belonging to private MPOs.
