30 DIGs among 39 officials transferred

A total of 39 top police officials have been transferred. Of them, 30 are Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs), four are Additional DIGs and five are Superintendents of Police (SPs) of Bangladesh Police.

The Ministry of Home Affairs confirmed the transfer news on Friday.

The 30 Additional DIGs who were transferred had recently been promoted to the rank of DIG.
