A court in Sirajganj on Sunday sentenced two youths to life term imprisonment in two separate cases filed on drug acts.

The court also fined them Tk 10,000 each, in default, they will have to suffer two more months in Jail.

Begum Laila Sharmin, Additional District and Sessions Judge of the court handed down same verdict against the accused in two separate cases.

The convicted are Shariful Islam Bulen, son of Abdul Hakim of Malshapara area in Sirajganj town and Sohel Rana Sumon, son of Sultan Mian of Uttar Babukhan village under Rangpur Kotoali thana.

The accused were absconding during delivery of the verdict.
