General Waker-Uz-Zaman briefed the chief adviser on his recent visit to the United States and Canada

Bangladesh Army chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman on Saturday met with Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus.

The meeting took place at the state guesthouse Jamuna.

According to the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing, during the meeting, General Waker-Uz-Zaman briefed the chief adviser on his recent visit to the United States and Canada.

General Waker-Uz-Zaman returned to the country on Friday, following his tour of the US and Canada.

During his visit, he met with key personnel involved in UN peacekeeping missions at the United Nations headquarters, as well as senior military and civilian officials, including the US Army Chief and high-ranking officials from Canada.
