Fortune Barishal started their BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) mission with a win. After that, it seems that the franchise lost its rhythm. Tamim Iqbal’s team got the bitter taste of defeat in two consecutive matches after winning the first match.

Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik is playing in the jersey of Fortune Barishal in this BPL edition. He got a chance in the squad in these three matches. This PAK all-rounder went to Dubai after the match against Comilla Victorians last night.

It is learned that Shoaib Malik will join the team before the start of the Sylhet phase. Barishal’s next match is against Chattogram Challengers on January 27.

Fortune Barishal has played three matches in BPL so far. They lost the last two matches. Like the team, Shoaib Malik also cannot shine in this BPL. He scored 17*, 5*, and 7 runs in three innings. He got only 1 wicket in two innings.
