Wicket-keeper batsman Litton Das has addressed the recent rumors about attacks on his home in a Facebook post.

In his message, Litton urged countrymen not to believe the rumors.

Litton Das said, “Dear countrymen, I would like to clarify with all due respect that the recent news about an attack on our house, reported by various media, is entirely false. Please do not pay attention to these rumors. My family and I are safe.”

He also said, “I believe our country is a secular nation. Our collective focus should be on moving forward together, regardless of religion or caste. The way the people of Dinajpur, and the entire country, have stood by each other is truly commendable, and I am deeply grateful. I hope we can continue to stand united and keep our country free from violence because this nation belongs to all of us.”
