The newly elected Executive Committee of Barishal Zila Samity, Dhaka has agreed to host National Special Cricket, Table Tennis and Chess Tournament in Dhaka with the support of National Paralympic Committee of Bangladesh. The president and former Vice Chancellor of Kushtia Islamic University Prof. Dr. Shaikh Abdus Salam and Secretary General Engr. Md. Maksudur Rahman of Paralympic Committee in a meeting with the President of Barishal Zila Samity Dr. Enayet Karim, who is also the president of the Global Economist Forum and Global Development Bank has decided to host the tournaments, in a meeting held in the city yesterday.

Abu Bakar Siddik Shohel, General Secretary and Advocate Mamunur Rashid, Office Secretary of the Barishal Zila Samity among others were present in the meeting.
