Mir Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner in Sirajganj is seen handing over crest to a scout member in a concluding ceremony of the Cub Camporee arranged by Bangladesh Scouts’ Raiganj upazila unit at Raiganj Girls High School ground in Raiganj upazila of the district. The programme was presided over by Mohammad Nahid Hasan Khan, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) and also President of Bangladesh Scouts’ Raiganj Upazila Unit, while Assistant Commissioner, Land in Raiganj Tanzil Ahmed, Municipality Mayor Md.
