Mehezabien Chowdhury, the popular star of this generation, started her career after winning the “Lux Channel i Superstar” in 2010. She crowned the championship at the reality show on 22 January in that year. It was a memorable day in her life and the actor recalls the day with special emotion every year.

Now, the actor will perform as judge at the same reality show that once introduced her as a contestant and crowned her as the winner. Mehazabien will serve as a judge for the entire season of the upcoming Lux Channel i Superstar 2025.

Speaking about her journey from contestant to chief judge, Mehazabien said, “This platform was a turning point in my life—being a judge on that very same platform is undoubtedly a great achievement and a significant responsibility for me. A judge’s duty is to identify the right person and now that responsibility rests on my shoulders. I will do my best to fulfill this duty with honesty.”

“I feel deeply honoured to be working alongside Jaya Apu and Raihan Rafi bhai as a fellow judge. I hope this year’s show turns out to be excellent and hope we are able to find the right contestant.”

The last season of Lux Channel i Superstar was held in 2018 with Mim Mantasha emerging as the winner. After seven-year hiatus, the show is returning once again. Registration for the show began on 6 May and will continue till 5 June. Women between the ages of 18 and 27 are eligible to participate.
