Tahsan is returning to acting after a break. He is returning to acting with Arifur Rahman’s web series ‘Baaji’. This is Tahsan’s first web series. Earlier, he started working in OTT with Golam Sohrab Dodul’s movie ‘Chak’.

Regarding returning to acting, Tahsan Khan said, ‘I took a break for a few years to study in acting. Wanted to work in OTT. After almost two and a half years, I acted again in a web series. I acted in a web series for the first time.’

Tahsan will be seen as a cricketer in the web series ‘Baaji’. Actress Rafiyat Rashid Mithila will be seen as a journalist in the movie. The couple is sharing screen for the first time after the divorce with the web series.

About the series, producer Arifur Rahman said, ‘The story of betting is arranged around cricket. This is the first time that a story about cricket will come up in a Bengali web content. Everyone has worked hard for the series. Tahsan-Mithila completed several months of preparation before the start of shooting. The audience can see the impression of that hard work on the screen.’

This seven-episode series will be released on an OTT platform in the country on Eid-ul-Azha, according to producer Arifur Rahman.

Meanwhile, Tahsan is busy with music. This month, after 20 years, he performed for the black band on stage. Tahsan entered the world of music with this band. This is the first time he has performed for the group since leaving Black in 2004.

Tahsan’s song ‘Range Range Range’ was aired in the last Eid magazine program etc. Written by Kabir Bakul and composed by Imran Mahmudul, actress Tasnia Farin sang along with Tahsan in this song. Tahsan-Farin’s song has been listened to more than 2 crore times on YouTube.

In this context, Tahsan said, ‘The music that people love is an expression of that. Everyone told me that the song is very good, but not that the song has gone viral. It may have gone viral but the song has touched people’s hearts.’

Tahsan said that along with the web series, he will also release new songs on Eid-ul-Azha.

Noted that Tahsan earlier in 2022 announced to take a break from acting to focus on music.
