A case has been filed against film actor Eamin Haque Bobby by Muhammad Sakib Uddoja, AGM of YN Centre, accusing assault with the intent to murder and theft.
The case was registered at Gulshan Police Station on 23 June. The second accused in this case is Bobby; the first accused is Mirza Abul Bashar (34). The complaint also mentioned that the YN Centre suffered damages worth Tk 150,000 and thefts amounting to Tk 100,000.
Muhammad Sakib Uddoja, the complainant and AGM of YN Centre, stated that Aman, rented a restaurant from them. Later he added Abul Bashar and actress Bobby as third-party partners when he faced financial difficulties.
They bought the restaurant equipment as per the contract. Aman was supposed to receive Tk 55 lakh from Bobby and Bashar as part of the deal. They first handed over a check of Tk 15 lakh, then Tk 10 lakh. But both checks were dishonoured.
The conflict was made on 23 June when Aman locked the restaurant to prevent Bashar and Bobby from entering. Bashar got angry about that and broke the lock with his car and assaulted Sakib and stuff. Sakib called the police for help and then filed the case.
Later, Bashar and Bobby filed a counter-case. On behalf of Bobby, Md Abbas filed the counter-suit, accusing building owner Shahina Yasmin, her son Jawan Al Mamun, and others of injuring Bashar with the intent to murder and stealing Tk 55 lakh worth of goods.
