Nineties Bnagladeshi popular action hero Masum Parvez Rubel’s death news has spread on social media suddenly. When the media contacted Rubel to find out the truth, he said, ‘What danger am I in, everyone is just calling me to know whether I am dead or not. The news of my death is a rumour. I am still fine and healthy.’

This popular actor also said that the rumors of his death were spread after the news of the death of musician Shafin Ahmed was published in the media yesterday. He said, “It has been shared by many people. Those who shared the news of my death should have checked first whether the news is true or false. For this reason, I have been receiving phone calls one after another for the last two days. For two days, they have been calling me from different countries asking me whether I am dead or not. Not only me but also my relatives are also calling to my wife to find the truth. Fans are also eager to know about me. Now I have to say everyone, ‘I am alive, I am healthy”.

He made his film debut in 1986 with director Shahidul Islam Khokon’s ‘Loraku’. A black belt in martial arts, Rubel’s brawl was especially captivating. Rubel has acted in more than 250 films including ‘War for Mother’, ‘Vicchu Bahini’, ‘Mukosh’. Most of his movies were hits.
