The activities of ‘Gonotantrik Chhatra Shakti’ (Democratic Student Force DSF) — a non-partisan student organization formed the last year 2023 with the aim of main principles – education, peace, freedom — have been postponed.
This was informed in the status given on the official Facebook page of the organization on Saturday (September 13) at midnight.
The status says, “All committees and activities of the Gonotantrik Chhatra Shakti have been postponed.”
Nahid Hasan, the current Adviser of the Interim Government to the Ministry of Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology and Ministry of Information, was made the member secretary of that student organization at the time of its establishment.
Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan, on the other hand, was the convener of this organization’s Dhaka University (DU) branch.
Mentioned that on 4 October 2023, the non-partisan student organization ‘Gonotantrik Chhatra Shakti’ (Democratic Student Force DSF) made its debut led by Akhtar Hossain, a former social services secretary of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU). A 21-member central convening committee was announced for one year.
