Press Minister Shaban Mahmood’s contractual appointment cancelled

The contractual appointment Shaban Mahmood, the press minister of the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delh, has been canceled.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday (August 13) with immediate effect.

Shaban Mahmud was appointed to the post for two years on November 16, 2020. He got an extension on November 2, 2022.
