Barishal Correspondent:

Md Ismail Hossain Negaban, a senior journalist, a lawyer and Barishal correspondent of The Daily Observer, has died from a heart attack on Saturday (Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un).

He was 69.

The veteran journalist breathed his last at Bangladesh Medical University in the morning.

He left behind one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

He is about to be buried his family graveyard in Barishal following namaj-e-janaza, scheduled to be held after Isha prayers.

The Daily Observer family expressed deep condolence to the bereaved family members.
