According to a RAB statement, Faisal Karim is the couple’s third child. He frequently visited his sister’s home in Agargaon. On the day of the incident, he brought a bag to her residence, later disposing of a black bag from the rooftop and retrieving it via his nephew. Faisal discarded one of his two mobile phones from the roof and handed the other to his mother, Hasi Begum, during the visit. He also met his parents at that time.
The statement added that after Faisal left the house, Humayun Kabir and his wife went to their younger son Hasan Mahmud Bablu’s home in Keraniganj. They had purchased and were using two new mobile SIM cards from Jurain. The couple has been handed over to the case’s investigating officer.
