Famous Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and actress Deepika Padukone’s new movie ‘Fighter’ suffered a huge blow before its release. The action-based movie is releasing in theaters in India on Thursday (January 25), despite asking to cut four scenes of the movie by the country’s Censor Board.

It was learned a few days ago that the Censor Board asked to cut four scenes of the movie ‘Fighter’. Now it is known that Siddharth Anand’s ‘Fighter’ has been banned in all Gulf countries except UAE. However, the reason for the ban is not yet known.

Film expert and producer Girish Johar revealed this news on social media X (formerly Twitter).

Girish Johar tweeted that there is a ban on the release of ‘Fighter’ in Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The film has been granted “conditional release” in the UAE region only. The condition states that “children below 15 cannot watch the Hrithik-Deepika’s action drama”.

Siddharth Anand made the movie ‘Fighter’ based on the story of the Balakot airstrike by the Indian Armed Forces near the town of Balakot in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
