The Ministry of Education will make a big circular about the recruitment of teachers soon. Public notice will be issued to appoint about 1 lakh teachers to vacant posts in private educational institutions nationwide. The recruitment process will start in December. For this reason, the Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has recently asked for information on the demand for vacant posts in educational institutions.

It is known that the number of vacancies in the sixth public notification may be around 1 lakh. In this regard, NTRCA says that only 19,500 posts have been filled out of about 97,000 posts in the fifth public notification. Still, 77, 500 posts are vacant. Meanwhile, 20 to 25 thousand new posts have been created due to retirement this year. It is said that this notification may be published within the next three months.

On October 30, NTRCA asked for the demand for the vacant posts of teachers online. Information can be given in this process of e-requisition till November 10. The demand fee can be submitted online till November 13.

This is the first time that the demand for potential vacancies for the next three years (up to 31 December 2027) has been asked. In the meantime, NTRCA has completed the process of updating information (e-registration) of educational institutions.

NTRCA Secretary AMM Rizwanul Haque said that in the meantime, after the e-registration of educational institutions, the demand for vacant posts of teachers has been asked for. After receiving the demand for vacant posts, and verifying it, the approval of the Ministry of Education will be sought for publishing the public notice. If approved, it will be possible to issue a notification within the next three months.
